The mission of The Centre for Global Inclusion is to serve as a resource for research and education for individuals and organisations in their quest to improve diversity and inclusion practices around the world. The Centre is the home of the Global Diversity & Inclusion Benchmarks: Standards for Organizations Around the World (GDIB).
This year marks the review of the Global benchmark standards and the updated edition will be published in 2021. Updates are done and new editions issued every 5 years. The Standard is a gift to the field and can be downloaded for free from their website.
Experts from around the globe is invited to join a panel of reviewers. For the 2021 Edition of the Global Diversity & Inclusion Benchmarks the three co-authors invited 114 persons around the world to serve as Expert Panelists (EPs). They represent a diverse group of expertise, skills, the way they practice D&I, world region, diversity dimensions, type of organization, size of organization, and other diversities.
SIOPSA Executive member and current President-elect, Dr. Natasha Winkler Titus as well as past-executive member Dr. Liziwe Masoga have been invited to join the Panel in 2020.

An organisational psychologist by profession, Dr. Masoga holds a Doctorate degree from the University of South Africa. She also completed an Executive Development Programme through Oxford University’s Saïd Business School in London. It is the combination of sound academic rigour and a successful corporate career at executive levels that make Dr. Masoga a sought-after executive, academic speaker, coach and mentor.

Dr. Natasha has extensive experience in managing organisational transformation and change nationally as well as working on international assignments, teaching, and speaking about change in organisations. She was named the 2018/19 IOP Practitioner of the Year (SA) and was awarded Best paper at the 2018 British Academy of management (BAM) Annual conference. Natasha believes in using her influence and platforms to empower others toward significance and drive societal change and transformation.
